This blog features paintings by an artist named "M. Devoe" who primarily painted flamingos and other tropical birds. This blog was started in 2014 to try to find out who M. Devoe was and provide examples of their works. To date I have been unsuccessful in uncovering any facts about M. Devoe. To put a value on your Devoe painting I suggest you check ebay. TWO TROPICAL CRANES IN ORIGINAL MIRRORED FRAME by M. Devoe

This is a gorgeous painting of two tropical cranes (or egrets) by M. Devoe in the original mirrored frame. It is being offered by ebay seller john316antiques with an opening bid of $375.00. The painting measures 24" x 30"; framed it measures 28" x 34".

It looks very similar to one of my own M. Devoe paintings:

But, as always there are minor differences between the two.

The Seller says this one is "Just stunning" and I agree.
