Devoe was and provide examples of their works. To date I have been unsuccessful in uncovering any facts about M. Devoe. To put a value on your Devoe painting I suggest you check ebay. 2 MID-CENTURY FLAMINGOS by M. Devoe
Here are two mid-century flamingos, each in its own frame. I have not seen these before - very nice. They are being offered in July, 2016 on ebay by Seller littlehouseofplenty for $250.00 "Buy it Now." Each one is 16" x 20" framed.
It is my opinion that the painter of these flamingos is not the same painter as the two prior paintings of flamingos.
