This blog features paintings by an artist named "M. Devoe" who primarily painted flamingos and other tropical birds. This blog was started in 2014 to try to find out who M. Devoe was and provide examples of their works. To date I have been unsuccessful in uncovering any facts about M. Devoe. To put a value on your Devoe painting I suggest you check ebay. TWO EGRETS IN A PRIVATE COLLECTION by M. Devoe

This submission comes from a private collection. Collector "Jan" says her Devoe is 26" x 32" framed. Looks like the original frame without the mirrored pieces. This one is very close to one of my own Devoe paintings:

Love your piece, Jim! I think that these birds (whatever they actually are!) are more unique and lovely...
