This is a painting of three flamingos by M. DeVoe. Offered by ebay Seller dropkickd_rock in November, 2014. It sold for the opening bid of $249.99. The size framed, is 34" x 28", the painting itself is approx. 29" x 23". It appears to be in the original frame, but as often is the case, the mirror pieces are gone.
